The Handicapped Pets Foundation is a nonprofit committed to keeping its operating costs as low as possible so that we can give grants for as many wheelchairs as possible.  For this reason, we have limited staff.  Our director responds to emails as quickly as possible.  Thank you for your patience.

The form is NOT to be used for wheelchair donation requests. This form is for all other matters.  Requests for donations made through this form will not be considered.
